Can anyone give me diet tips?

Well you eat everything you eat now and exclude these:
-Fatty acids such as trans fat foods, fried foods.
-Fast food
-Junk food like ie. Chips, cookies, packaged candies
You need to ADD these if you want to eat healthy:
-1200-1500 calories a day
-Fresh vegetables and fruits (try negative calorie vege’s like celerie and beats)
-For fruits try a banana, because it’s very full of healthy fat and apples as well. (an apple a day, keeps the doctor AWAY, remember that)
-Protein
-Fiber, you need 20 grams daily. (try having fiber one cereal)
-Whole wheat and whole grain
Tip: ALWAYS eat breakfast.
Exercise:
-you should have atleast 2-3 daily exercise a day.
-make sure you’re contributing to your muscles as well.
- Try adding a 30 minute walk into your day, atleast twice or as many times as you have the time to.
-Simple exercises like crunches and squats are always good.
-If you’re watching tv, try jogging on the spot and stopping during the commercials (i always do this).

Exercising helped me to lose a load of weight after I married it together it along with taking acai berry.
