People always say "you can’t and shouldn’t spot train" but what I do is I try to find a sport where i like the athletes body, and then I do that. For example, who has smaller hips than a biker? That’s why I have a bike machine, I want Lance Armstrong’s body!! Plus working out your chest (try lifting weights) will lesson fat there, ask any woman who works out! Though they tend to see it as a problem LOL. Tennis also gives you massive shoulders which is very masculine.

I’ve yet to see the femme body builder.
high protein, high weight workouts to build a masculine physique is the best way to go if you want that body.
alternatively, they did one heck of a job with buck angel.
