Its all about hard work and persistance.
First, food. You need to make sure your meals are planned out, so you dont resort to fast food or packets or chips when you get home late. Make healthy snacks and store them for when you get hungry.
For example, today i cut a banana in half widthways (so i had 2 small bananas), pushed a chopstick into them, then rolled them in yoghurt and special k and froze them. I also cored an apple, sliced it into rings, sprinkled on cinammon and a little bit of brown sugar and baked them. It is also good to cut out red meat from your diet for a while. Stick with chicken and fish. Also drastically reduce all complex carbs, especially bread, which makes you retain water.
Your healthy eating will automatically make your skin glow
Now, the main part is exercise. Aim to exercise every day. I know this seems like a lot, but if you do any amount of cardio work, it will help. Things like kickboxing, aerobics and boxercise classes will help you to drop the kilos quickly. If you could do three classes a week and briskly walk or jog every other day, you would drop the weight extremely quickly.
If you want to be toned, do lunges, squats, situps, bicep curls etc every day. Just 5 sets of 10 will do wonders in a couple of weeks.
Good luck

I recommend you to Weight Watchers. I have lost 53 pounds with them and I can assure you there are no quick fixes to beautify yourself. It takes many years of hard work. Yes work. In fact, let me give the key to success in life: Be persistent. There that wasn’t so difficult was it? I certainly hope not.
