I am 15 1/2 boy and am overweight i weight about 80 Kg’s and wanna get to 60 by dec. I have this weight loss stuff. I just wanna kno if its safe to take? Not ganna affect reproductive systems or stunt growth etc? Thanks. And i know tht you have to diet and excercise alot with it too work.

Here’s the deal. I’m finally making my new years resolution…i wanna get fit by the time summer rolls around. I know I don’t have a whole lot of time to do it, but I might as well start. I’m beginning with dieting and then I’m going to add in exercise. so…to help me get started, I’m going to need some dieting tips or just plain diets for my plan. any help?

I would like to lose weight, but I want to follow a program that benefits me more than just losing weight.
I want a diet that is very healthy and good for my body and organs, with not a ton of toxins and bad fats.
I want to lower cholestrol and such.
Any suggestions?
I am also 17 years old, almost 18.

I’ve NEVER dieted before. So this is kind of tricky for me, but I plan on sticking to this! I’m on week one. Any suggestions on meals or snacks other than cheese and nuts like I was told? Or any other info or tips would be appreciated!

Hi I wanna lose some weight before the summertime sp I can wear the cloths that I want and not feel self conscious. I don’t have alot of weight to lose..I can lose like 10 to 15 pounds!! I’m not trying to lose my curve just flatten out my stomach and work on my legs aka cellulite!! Thank u
